Course syllabus
12 classes over 4 weeks. You start with orientation and the basics and finish with exam-level practice and in-class mock tests.
Week 1 Orientation and basics
Classes 1–2 (Tue and Thu)

Class 3 (Sat)
- Basic dialogue interpreting
- Beginner-friendly practice, below exam level
Week 2 Core domains
Classes 4–6
- Slow and steady, beginner-friendly pace
- 6–10 dialogues practised in class
- Domains: Business, Community, Consumer Affairs, Education, Employment, Finance
Week 3 Advanced domains
Classes 7–9
- Intermediate to upper-intermediate pace
- 8–10 dialogues practised in class
- Domains: Health, Housing, Immigration, Insurance, Legal, Social Services
Week 4 Exam preparation
Classes 10–12
- In-class mock tests in random domains, like the real exam
- Scored out of 45 to check you are exam-ready
- Week 4 classes open once you have completed your set practice dialogues
Self-study: practise at least 1 hour a day and complete 15–20 dialogues a week in the portal.

Frequently asked questions
Can I switch between morning and evening classes?
Yes. The morning (10 am – 12 pm) and evening (7 – 9 pm) classes teach the same content, so you can switch between them to suit your roster. The one rule: don’t attend both on the same day, since they cover the same material.
When do I get access to the portal?
You pick your portal start date on the enrolment form and we switch access on that day. Silver includes 90 days, so plan your exam date around it.
What if I miss a class?
Every class is recorded and the recording goes into your portal. You can watch it any time until your portal access ends.
How many students are in each class?
Usually 10 to 20. That is small enough for everyone to interpret in class, and big enough to learn from how others handle the same dialogue.
