Course syllabus
12 classes over 4 weeks, in every batch. You start with orientation and the basics and finish with exam-level practice. With Gold you can take the whole course again in a later 4-week batch: email us to request it before enrolment for that batch closes.

Week 3 Advanced domains
Classes 7–9
- Intermediate to upper-intermediate pace
- 8–10 dialogues practised in class

Week 4 Exam preparation
Classes 10–12
- In-class mock tests in random domains, like the real exam
- Scored out of 45 to check you are exam-ready

Self-study: practise at least 1 hour a day and complete 15–20 dialogues a week in the portal.

Can I join more than one batch?
Yes. Within your 6 months you can join more than one of our 4-week batches, one at a time (not two at once). Each follows the same syllabus, so for more practice you join a later one at no extra cost. You are not moved into the next batch automatically: email us to request it, well before enrolment for that batch closes. The 2-week Crash batches are not included. How does the money-back guarantee work?
If you don’t pass your NAATI CCL exam after completing the Gold Kit requirements, you may be eligible for a refund. The terms and conditions set out who is eligible and how to claim.
Can I switch between morning and evening classes?
Yes. The morning (10 am – 12 pm) and evening (7 – 9 pm) classes teach the same content, so you can switch between them to suit your roster. The one rule: don’t attend both on the same day, since they cover the same material.
When do I get access to the portal?
You pick your portal start date on the enrolment form and we switch access on that day. Gold includes 180 days.
