Course syllabus
4 classes over 2 weeks. Before your first class, work through the pre-recorded lessons in the portal: test format, scoring guide, note-taking, how to practise at home, and the online test interface.
Week 1 Foundation and core domains
Class 1
- Review of the pre-recorded lessons, plus Q&A
- Basic dialogues at a beginner-friendly pace
Class 2
- Dialogues at a comfortable pace
- Domains: Business, Community, Consumer Affairs, Education
Week 2 Advanced domains and exam prep
Class 3
- Intermediate-level practice with feedback
- Domains: Employment, Finance, Health, Housing
Class 4
- Exam simulation
- Domains: Immigration, Insurance, Legal, Social Services
- Exam readiness check, scored out of 45
- Class 4 opens once you have practised 20 dialogues at home
Self-study: practise about 20 dialogues a week in the portal.

Frequently asked questions
When do I get access to the portal?
You pick your portal start date on the enrolment form and we switch access on that day. Crash Kit includes 45 days, so book your NAATI CCL exam inside that window.
Can I switch to Silver or Gold Kit later?
No, kits can’t be switched after enrolment, so choose the one that fits your timeline before you enrol. If you’re unsure, Silver or Gold gives you more room. You can also buy portal-only access later.
What if I miss a class?
Every class is recorded and the recording goes into your portal. You can watch it any time until your portal access ends.
How many students are in each class?
Usually 5 to 15. That is small enough for everyone to interpret in class, and big enough to learn from how others handle the same dialogue.
AI scoring and feedback are for practice and may not always be accurate. For a human-marked check, Silver and Gold include human-scored mock tests. *Fair use applies to AI marking. See the terms and conditions.
